After we accept a bid, we schedule a pre-construction meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to open lines of communication and identify roles and responsibilities that will be important throughout the construction process.

EnviroCon Systems field personnel have documented comprehension of important trainings offered by the local safety council and certified safety professionals.

In addition to the training of field personnel, supervisors and foremen have completed several higher-level certifications and trainings to better lead their teams.

    • Review plans and specifications

    • Review safety requirements

    • Review responsibilities of each party

    • Clarify any inconsistencies between the project specifications and the EnviroCon Systems CQC guide

    • Review the construction schedule and discuss milestones

    • Introduce the Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) party and agree upon quality assurance procedures

    • Identify testing requirements with verification by the CQA party

    • Conduct a site walk to determine site readiness and determine how the installation will progress

    • Discuss final project acceptance procedures

    • Basic safety plus HAZCOM

    • 40-hour HAZWOPR or 8-hour update with confined space

    • Lock-out/Tag-out

    • Fall protection

    • Scaffold user training

    • Forklift training

    • Respiratory training with PFT, fit test and medical evaluation

    • Pre-employment screening and random drug and alcohol testing

    • OSHA 30-hour construction
